We spent the evening capturing memories at Butler University, where this sweet mama received her Masters! I loved watching these two play with their parents and see how much they have grown over the course of a year! It was a wonderful evening! Look at how much fun we had.
Three boys and a killer sense of humor. I knew I was going to love this family from the jump start, since they were friends with the Nelsons (See: also amazing) but when they told me their middle son was going as "Jake for State Farm" for Halloween, I knew I would never let go of them. I claim you as mine, Kuhmichel family! Let it be known!
Poor, poor Aaron, being surrounded by all these beauties. ;) All joking aside, time with this family is always the best. Rochelle, you are such a class act, and so gorgeous! Thank you for letting me capture these moments for you again this year!
When Erin said she wanted to shoot in downtown Carmel I was worried about the crowds, but man, was it a perfect night! This sweet family of four were just so awesome to be with! And since we're in the middle of a heat wave, what better way to end a session than with ice cream? :)
Kaitlin and Jon, It was so much fun shooting this session with you both! More than work, it felt like a walk in the park with some new friends. I am thrilled for your upcoming wedding, as you two are so clearly a perfect match. Thank you for trusting me to capture these moments for you.
This sweet family came into my life back in 2013 when blonde little Aiden and my son Owen were in preschool together. Owen came home every day telling me about the fun he had in school with Aiden and begging me for playdates. The Reeds had been living abroad in China the year prior, so when I met Tish she was just settling back into life in the states and was pregnant with sweet little Scarlett. I knew this woman was special, but as our friendship blossomed I became more and
Grace and Lucy might be the sweetest and most beautiful twins in the world. I love how they are clearly their own individual characters, but still so bonded. It was a joy to photograph them! Enjoy your senior year, you two beauties!
Somehow before I met Luiza I knew I would love here. It may be partially her Brazilian lineage, that latin propensity to love deeply, openly and sometimes loudly. I adored the way this family cared so much for each other. They found ways to make each other laugh even without the camera pointed at them. It was a wonderful celebration, not just of Sophia's first birthday, but of family. It was a true joy to capture.
There isn't much I love more than watching my sweet families grow over time. It feels like I was taking Marco's newborn photos YESTERDAY. I love how happy this family makes each other. I love how hands on both mom and dad are. I love how they are a little wild, a little laid back and a whole lot happy to be together. It's the good life they lead, you guys. Just take a look.
